I placed my order over the phone because the website was acting up, and the person who took my order messed up my address. Maybe I should've double-checked it? Anyway, after waiting several days without a confirmation email, I reached out via email. I received a response saying my address was wrong, so I fixed it. The package was shipped, but I never got it. I called UPS, and after about four days with no word, I decided to place a new order with overnight shipping. This time, the item arrived on schedule, but still not at my address. I called UPS right away, and they managed to track both packages sent to the wrong location. You folks really need to pay more attention when taking orders; it’s crucial to double-check all details before creating the shipping label. Thanks. P.S: I sent you the correct address in an email, yet you still sent it to the wrong place. Instead of flagging my review and arguing about your error, a simple apology and acknowledgment of the mistake would’ve been nice.

I really dig these moose antlers. We put a set up on the gable end of a cabin we sold, and the new folks just had to have 'em. This new pair is mounted inside our current cabin so we can appreciate them more. They look pretty authentic, and finding the real deal (if you could even get a pair still attached to a skull) would cost a fortune. We joke that Bullwinkle was kind enough to lend us his dad for a bit.
